Newest Ek Has Arrived 2
The newest addition to the Ek family has arrived! She weighed in at 10 lbs 6 oz and 22 inches long. She was born at 10 pm on Monday, August 6 in our home and she is very happy and healthy. We still have not named her but we are still considering Chunky Chicken, Maryke Anna, and Bob as possibilities. :p
Here are all the pictures that we have taken in the month of August. There are quite a few of the birth and of the baby, but not all of them are. Also our friend, Beth, took some additional photos on her really nice camera and she will be stopping by to drop off those pictures on a CD, so as soon as that happens I will upload some more photos. Enjoy!

She is beautiful! Meredith, I can’t believe that you had a 10+ pound baby at home like that. You are amazing! Considering by 7+ pounder was hopelessly locked up in my pelvis, I am thoroughly impressed. Can I borrow you body to birth my next baby with? lol
